We take our legal responsibilities seriously and check and maintain our compliance to all relevant legal requirements, as listed below:
1. Health and Safety
We complete risk assessments for all our activities, and the Trustees review the content of these, together with our Health and Safety Policy on an annual basis, or if there has been a significant change or incident.
2. Safeguarding
We have the required Safeguarding Policies and Procedures in place relating to all NCF's activities.

We use the external service provider Thirty one: eight to provide the necessary assistance and training.
The content and on-going Safeguarding compliance is reviewed annually by the Trustees or more frequently if required.
3. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
We have the required GDPR Policies and Procedures in place to comply with the GDPR requirements.

4. Financial Controls
We take the necessary measures to ensure our financial controls meet the standards required by the Charities Commission.
